Multi-axis machining, laser cutting and CNC sheet metal working have brought high quality and high speed production – MTech Design Solutions has extensive knowledge of modern processing techniques and can use this experience to determine the most economical solution for client’s projects.

• Rapid Prototyping – A revolutionary means of prototyping new components. 3D CAD data is sliced into layers, and using the Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) process, a powder is ‘melted’, layer by layer, to create a functional replica of the component. The ‘selective’ nature of the laser process enables complex geometries to be achieved without compromising on functionality. MTech Design Solutions works closely with one of the largest rapid prototyping groups in the UK and utilise this technology to assist our clients in their product development.
